In default of any written communication of inability to take prompt delivery by the Customer, the products shall be deemed accepted on such date.
Unforeseeable events incurred through no fault of Radiocoms or extraordinary events at Radiocoms or its subcontractors or other impediments impossible for Radiocoms to foresee shall entitle Radiocoms to defer the date of delivery for a period equal to the time lost by reason of such event or impediment.
